Shipping options
We offer different shipping options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Below, we show you our rates:
– Peninsula: For orders with delivery to the peninsula, we have two shipping options. The standard service costs €5.90 and the delivery time is 72 hours. If you want faster delivery, you can opt for our 24-hour express service, at a cost of €8.00.
– Balearic Islands: Orders with delivery to the Balearic Islands have a shipping cost of €12.00 and are sent using our standard service.
– Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: For shipments to these regions, we offer a standard service with a cost of €16.00.
In addition, we ship to the entire European community. If you are interested in receiving our products outside of Spain, please check our shipping rates for that region.
The delivery time is generally 24/72 hours from confirmation of payment. However, some special orders may require additional preparation time, which will be indicated in the characteristics of the corresponding product.
Remember that we offer free shipping for purchases over €60, which is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of our products at no additional shipping cost.

Return Policy
- Return period: You have a period of 14 calendar days from the moment you received your order to request a return.
- Return due to damage: If the products are damaged or have any quality problem, the return will have no cost to you. We can offer you the option of replacing defective products or providing a full refund of your purchase.
- Return for other reasons: If you wish to return the products for reasons other than damage, you must be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a secure and tracked shipping method to ensure that the products reach us in good condition.
